Where conduct may be criminal, such as unauthorized access to computer systems, we will report it to the appropriate law enforcement authorities and cooperate with their investigation.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Synthetix is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms. When we make significant changes, we will update the date above. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
